Winter Solstice, 2018. A beautiful day in La Calera.

Adriana Melendro, who first introduced us, was there. Our moms flew in, as did Naila’s friend Ximena.

We were married by a wacky notary who worked movie references into the script.

Gonzalo Galvis helped make it all happen, from paperwork to party planning, and added some nice words during the ceremony.

That night in Bogotá was clear and cool, with a full moon above. Our wonderful neighbors in Barrio Armenia threw us a party in the park.

Plenty of friends showed up!

Melissa aka DJ Mestiz brought some great music.

Francisco and Yusneys made the cake, and lots of people brought potluck.
